1. 1. UZU Creators can post scenarios for free as long as they comply with these terms and these individual terms. However, the formats in which UZU Creators can post scenarios are limited to the data formats or file formats specified by our company.
2. 2. UZU Creators shall create scenarios and post scenarios at their own responsibility and expense.

UZU Creators represent and warrant to our company that the content of the posted scenarios does not infringe upon any third party's copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, design rights, utility model rights, trade secrets, honor rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or any other legal or contractual rights, and that UZU Creators have legitimate rights to do so.
4. 4. When UZU Creators create scenarios based on the previous two items, they can post murder mysteries that can be played on this app in accordance with thePosting Guidelinesseparately stipulated by our company. Our company is not responsible for any issues that arise during the posting process.
5. 5. UZU Creators must store the scenarios or posted scenarios they created at their own responsibility, and our company is not responsible for storing or managing any scenarios or other information created by UZU Creators in this app.

1. 1. The intellectual property rights of the posted scenarios created by UZU Creators belong to the UZU Creators who created them.
2. 2. By posting scenarios through the web interface specified by our company, UZU Creators grant our company a free license to use them for promotion through means such as distribution on this app, reposting on other media or social networks.
3. 3. The posted scenarios created by UZU Creators are non-exclusive, and even if they post scenarios on this app, it does not restrict them from posting the scenarios they created on other apps or their own social networks.
4. 4. Our company may desire to secondarily use the posted scenarios (e.g., packaging, converting to store performance scenarios, stage performances, video adaptations, etc.). In such cases, our company can request permission for secondary use (including reproduction, screening, public transmission, oral delivery, exhibition, distribution, lending, translation, adaptation, etc.) of the scenarios and posted scenarios from UZU Creators, and secondary use can be carried out if consent is obtained from UZU Creators.
5. 5. UZU Creators must store the scenarios or posted scenarios they created at their own responsibility, and our company is not responsible for storing or managing any scenarios or other information created by UZU Creators in this app.

Our company prohibits the posting of scenarios that fall under any of the following categories:
① Plagiarism or infringement of others' intellectual property rights.
② Content that constitutes secondary creations using others' works or copyrights.
③ Content that infringes others' portrait rights, honor, privacy, publicity rights, etc.
④ Content containing excessively violent or discriminatory expressions (including those related to ethnicity, religion, race, gender, age, etc.), obscene expressions, or other content that may cause extreme discomfort, or links to such sites.
⑤ Content that may induce or promote suicide, group suicide, self-harm, illegal drug use, or the use of legal loophole drugs.
⑥ Recommendations of stock or other financial instruments in violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
⑦ Content containing computer viruses or other harmful computer programs.
⑧ Content in violation of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations, the Act on Securing Quality, Efficacy and Safety of Products Including Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices, and other advertising-related laws, or content that may be in violation of such laws.
⑨ Content used directly or indirectly for the promotion of information products that our company deems detrimental to other users, such as multi-level marketing schemes.
⑩ Content that induces minors to engage in criminal activities or activities that may be criminal.
⑪ Content that violates laws or public order and morals, or content for illegal or inappropriate purposes.
⑫ Content that our company deems inappropriate in light of the purpose of Article 1.

1. 1. If our company determines that any of the following apply, we may suspend use without prior notice to UZU Creators and take other appropriate measures such as deleting posted scenarios or excluding them from the search results on this app.
   ① If our company independently determines that the terms of use have been violated.
   ② If a posted scenario containing prohibited content as specified in the previous article is posted on this app.
   ③ If our company determines that it is spam posting or spam behavior.
   ④ If our company independently determines that UZU Creators are associated with antisocial forces or their equivalents.
   ⑤ If excessive burden is placed on the server of this app.
   ⑥ If our company independently determines that the operation of this app is hindered.
   
2. 2. Even if UZU Creators suffer damages due to the suspension of use or deletion of posted scenarios, our company is not liable for any damages or any other responsibilities.

UZU Creators shall use this app at their own responsibility, and they shall be responsible for all acts and results thereof using this app.
